Shipping & Delivery
 

We use Direct Freight Courier Services for most of our orders.


We will email you the tracking details the day the item is shipped.


We pack orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you.


Postage costs: 


​Ball Machine deliveries are free Australia Wide.


After sales spare parts or accessories will incur a minimum freight charge of $15.00 + GST.

​Returns, Refunds & Replacements


Provided you have not used your Ball Machine and it’s in the same condition as when we shipped it to you, we will refund your money if the machine is returned within 30 days of your purchase.


Please follow these steps to return your product(s):

1. Call our office on (03) 9036 8000 or
contact us
to make sure your product is eligible for return/exchange and to discuss return freight options.

2. Please return the item using the return freight method agreed upon after contacting us. Cost of freight for returns is at your cost. We are happy to arrange the pickup and give you a freight cost quote before proceeding with pick up. Please pack the items carefully in the shipping carton it arrived in to avoid any damage during transit.


Once the returned goods arrive it takes about 7 days to process the return process and issue a refund or exchange.


Ordering

Once you place your order it will be confirmed by either an email or a telephone call. Lobster Sports does not guarantee the availability of a product that has been advertised online at the time of purchase, however we will contact you immediately to advise we are unable to provide you the item you have ordered.

Payment, Pricing & Transaction Currency

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST as of December 2017. Prices are regularly updated, If you happen to find a cheaper advertised price from another supplier your welcome to contact us with price details and the supplier and we will do our best to match or better that price if possible.


Warranty Information
 

All Lobster Ball machines purchased come with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any problems with your Ball Machine, please call our office on (03) 90368000 or
contact us
.  You will need to provide us with a copy of your receipt or the ball machine serial number.

 

We will try and assess the issue over the phone and provide you with some guidance for repairing the majority of issues If we assess the problem as serious we will arrange to pick up the machine at our cost and repair and return it back to you within 7 days.
